Administrator profile: Brad A. Strobel JH/HS Principal


Mr. Strobel is a lifetime Central Missouri native having grown up in New Haven and graduating from New Haven High School in 1980.  He received his Associate of Arts Degree in 1983 from East Central College in Union, MO where he played baseball.  Upon graduating from East Central he went on to Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau, MO where he obtained his Bachelor of Science in Education degree.  After graduating from SEMO he accepted his first & only teaching job here at Chamois. Mr. Strobel has taught Science and Physical Education as well as coached Junior High and High School Boys Basketball during his tenure at Chamois. 


After 17 years in the classroom Mr. Strobel was recruited by then Superintendent Joe Ridgeway to become the JH/SH Principal.  In 2005 he received his Master of Education in Secondary Administration from William Woods University.  Mr. Strobel in currently in his 7th year as Principal, he also serves the district as Athletic Director and Transportation Director.


Mr. Strobel is very proud to be a member of the CHS family and is very appreciative of the tremendous community support that the district has.  It is the mission of Mr. Strobel and the entire staff at CHS to prepare our students for a changing world by providing them with quality educational opportunities so they may develop their capabilities to the highest degree.
